Why did the site need to change?
I was getting dozens of dodgy site submissions from Russian spammers every day and there was no effective way of stopping it, that's why site submissions wrere turned off. I aplogise for any inconvenience but I had no other choice, manually deleting lots of links every day became too much.
It was because of this that I decided it was time for an upgrade. After much research, deliberation and gool 'ol Virgo anlysis I came up with with a plan, and what you see is the result of everything coming to fruition. It's been a long struggle but it's done!
New site features in detail
Link "preview" facility and other listing info
On every category listing page, just below each link listing, you'll see a set of links, here's what they do:
- Preview - let's you preview the site without leaving the page, try it!
- This link in a frame - opens the site with UK Pagan Links navigation at the top of the page so you can quickly return to the listings
- Details - read detailed information about that link
- Rate it - give the site your personal rating
- Report error - found a dead link? use this link to let us know
- Write a comment - write your own thoughts on a site for others to see *Registered users only*
- Tell a friend - send a link to a friend
- Comments - read comments about the site written by other users
Email the site/moot/event owner
You can now email the site contact directly from the "Details" page. Let the site owner know how much you liked the site or enquire about a product, event or moot.
All emails go through our system and site owners emails are never given out!
Improved advanced search
The advanced search feature has been extended so you can get really specific. You can search links or articles, and the advanced search page also shows you what others have been searching for.
Submit your own articles/events/moots - Registration required
Now you can submit written articles with an accompanying image to UK Pagan Links and share your wisdom with others. Write about anything you want - so long as it's pagan related! - and we'll consider adding your work. Submissions for moots and events has been totally revamped.
Link sorting
You can now reorder category listings and search results by 'Date added' - 'Rating' - 'Popularity' - 'Clicks in' - 'Title' and 'Description'.

Found a dead link, some dodgy site, or a non-pagan site? You can report a site to us by clicking the "Report error" link.

Now you can easily send the address of any link, category, event or moot listing by clicking "Tell a friend" on listing and details pages.
